On the first 100+ degree, Saturday in Houston Air Expert was at my house before 8 am to diagnose why the A/C wasn't working. In a matter of minutes Louis Jr. diagnosed that the circuit breaker tied to the A/C unit was blown and that an electrician would have to change it to make the A/C start working. He was very professional, quick and clean. To top it all off he did not charge me a trip charge, on a SATURDAY! This is actually the third wonderful experience we have had using them and I'm sorry I didn't write a review sooner.

This company was recently recommended to me by a colleague of mine and I was extremely happy with their work. One of my A/C units was not functioning properly and so after the initial diagnosis it was determined that the unit and coil needed to be replaced. Their technicians were very respectful, knowledgeable, professional, completed the work in a timely manner and kept the work area very clean. In addition their rates were competitive for the high quality of work performed. Kathy did a great job scheduling and working with us to ensure everything went smoothly throughout the process.

I have called them for an air duct cleaning, there was a bad smell from my AC. I must say they service was fast and clean, they came with some equipment and finish the job in 20 minutes. I am very happy with the service and as per their advice I will call them next year for another visit (won't wait for the funny smell)
